Exercise/training details:

Standing stretch for hamstrings (and buttocks).
10 different stretches.

Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds and repeat. Or:
Hold the stretch for 45-60 seconds for additional relaxation.

Equipment:

None. Body weight stretch.

Specific tip:

Focus, find position and relax.
Breathe slowly and evenly, relax during exhalation and stretch a little more.

Focus and maintain proper form, feel stable and in control.
