Talofa Everyone and Welcome to yet another cooking vlog! In this vlog we are making FALAI KAPISI MAMOE or Samoan Lamb Stir Fry. A simple recipe, yet a favourite for family lunches or dinners etc. Welcome to my channel and don’t forget to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE!

RECIPE FOR FALAI KAPISI MAMOE - SAMOAN LAMB STIR FRY

Ingredients
3 Bok Choy
700g chopped lamb flaps (you can add more if you want)
3-4 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp mince garlic
1 tbsp crushed ginger
Oil to fry
2 onions

1) Firstly use a medium sized pot to boil your lamb flaps on high heat for about 20mins. Keep an eye on this.
2) Next chop up your bok choy and onions. Place in separate bowls. Add minced garlic and crushed ginger to onion bowl
3) Stir lamb flaps and once cooked through, drain broth into a separate bowl and save for later.
4) Oil Wok or fry pan and fry onions, garlic and ginger. Add some broth for flavour
5) Once cooked through, add lamb flaps to fry and brown. (Best to see burnt crispy lamb for flavour)
6) Add soya sauce and cook on medium for 5mins.
7) Add bok choy and stir through. Make sure mixed well with fried lamb etc.
8) Finally add lamb broth and stir through flavours. Simmer with lid on for 5mins on low heat and serve with rice, taro or bananas! Enjoy!
