This is a 3 bed, 1 bath, 1,086 square foot (~102 square meter), single story, ranch style home in Wartburg, Tennessee which recently sold for $175,000. The home is renovated for the Bayless-Greenwood family (Tay Bayless and Emerald Greenwood from Twinbrook).
