Join me on this full body low impact Barre Cardio Workout

I like to call Barre Cardio - CONTROLLED CARDIO because I just think its a great workout in terms of still feeling connected to the body, its still controlled and its still low impact but we get that heart rate lifted, we work full range movement and then finish off with those tiny isometric contractions.

A full body workout, working Thighs, Glutes & Abs. Performing 1 minute of controlled cardio, followed by 1 minute of isometric contractions.

Props needed - Mat | 1kg Weights (can perform without weights)
