Check out my first experiment making a bowl from old skateboard decks. I wanted to test out how tough it is to deal with the different curvatures and see how well the pieces stick together. Considering this was just my first time experimenting, it went pretty well. Next time I'll flatten them a bit better or cut smaller strips to re-glue into flatter sections. When I released the clamps in this video, I could hear some slight cracking of the pieces pulling apart, but they stuck well enough to make the bowl (with one exception, but it was easily fixed).
