That website will then give you a date that you can go to your local Sub-Divisional Magistrate's Office (SDN Office) and get the marriage certificate completed and registered. Then you're married in India!

Anyone can do this, it doesn't matter if it's an interracial, intercaste, or foreigner marriage in India.
