I stopped believing the lies about not eating meat: Here’s the truth.

Hey yalllll :)

I just wanted to pop in and talk to you all about some myths of not eating meat. I too believed these things until I actually experienced it for myself.

Like I always say, there's no quick fix to health but adding and switching out certain things that we have been taught can really help you out in the long run.

You just have to START!
