This is an easy fast Apple Cake recipe. The combination of poppy seeds and apple is absolutely delicious and it makes a very moist cake.



Recipe for a 1/4 pan


-500g sweet apples

-250g poppy seeds (soaked in boiling water for 8-12h, drained and ground min x2-you can use a meat grinder)

-70g semolina flour

-50g all purpose flour

-6 large eggs (yolks and whites separately)

-250g sugar

-130g unsalted butter
-15g baking powder
-10g vanilla extract

-20g melted white chocolate
