Making Apple Wine Plus Homesteady Stuff!

Today I make a 3 gallon batch of apple wine out of apple juice! Recipe for 1 gallon is below. I used one full packet of champagne yeast, but keep in mind that you can use one packet to ferment 5 gallons of wine! I also gather some materials from Mr. Lucas property, and have a nice chat with the old guy!

Apple Wine

Per gallon

3 qrts apple juice
1 to 1 1/2 lb brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 pkt. Champagne Yeast
