Baking Bread in a Commercial Oven but at Home. Disaster or Perfection?

In this video I show you the great results bread-baking can achieve with a commercial oven used in a normal house.
My first experience with this new oven (a beautiful and solidly built Unox Bakerlux commercial oven - made in Italy!) are very encouraging!!! it takes some time to understand its operations, but then it's a breeze.
I can definitely say that you do not need to buy a domestic oven for your house baking.
