🧀✨ Savoury Cheese Loaf (Olive & Herb) ✨🧀
🥣 Ingredients
🥚 2 eggs
🥛 2 tbsp yoghurt
🌾 2 cups self‑raising flour
🫒 14 tbsp olive oil
🌿 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
🫒 1/2 cup chopped olives
🌿 2 tbsp dried oregano
🧂 1 tbsp salt
🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
🥛 1/3 cup milk
🧀 100g feta cheese
🧀 200g colby cheese

👩‍🍳 Instructions
🥣 Whisk eggs, olive oil, and yoghurt together until smooth.
🌿 Add oregano, salt, mint, half of the chopped olives, and milk. Mix well.
🧀 Gently fold in the feta and colby cheese.
🌾 Gradually add the self‑raising flour and mix until combined.
🌰 Sprinkle sesame seeds and the remaining olives on top.
🔥 Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

🍽️ Serving Suggestions
✨ Delicious served:
Warm with butter melting into each slice
With Greek yoghurt, labneh, or cream cheese
Alongside a fresh garden salad
With tomato relish or chutney
As part of a brunch board with eggs, avocado, and smoked salmon
