10 large shrimps
8 ounces sliced pork
3 cups chicken broth
3 ounce carrots
4 ounces Chinese broccoli
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons Thai soybean paste
3 tablespoons seasoning soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons black soy sauce (for noodles)
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon black soy sauce (for gravy)
2 tablespoons corn starch
4 tablespoons water (for corn starch)
