C/w Nana: Stir-fried Noodles Topped with Gravy (ລາດໜ້າ == Laad Na)

Описание к видео C/w Nana: Stir-fried Noodles Topped with Gravy (ລາດໜ້າ == Laad Na)

The name of this dish literally means "pour on the face (top)." This dish originated in China and was brought over by Chinese food vendors to Laos (called ລາດໜ້າ) and Thailand (called Radna -- ราดหน้า).

In American, the dish was popularized in Thai restaurants, but you can also find the dish under different names in Cantonese restaurants.

This is my rendition of this dish. When you make it yourself at home, you can customize it any way you like. Like all my other recipes, adjust the taste, the darkness, and amount of gravy to your own liking after you see how I do it.

The sauce I made it this video can be used for other stir-fry dishes. By mixing ahead of time, you can get a consistent taste when you have to make lots of servings. Some people like seafood, chicken, beef, pork, or other meat.
