Lighting up & Driving a 7.25” Gauge Steam Loco at Leyland Society of Model Engineers

Описание к видео Lighting up & Driving a 7.25” Gauge Steam Loco at Leyland Society of Model Engineers

In this episode we steam up and drive a 7.25” gauge steam locomotive at the Leyland Society of Model Engineers in Worden Park.

The locomotive is the latest edition to the growing fleet of club locomotives at Leyland SME. The locomotive was built and completed by a club member over 15years ago to the D.A.G Brown design for a prototype based on a Manning Wardle named Anna.

Leyland SME purchased the locomotive after the builder sadly passed away. A small group of members restored the locomotive back to working order in memory of late builder, for the public and members to once again enjoy this quirky little loco.

Thanks to Leyland SME for helping with this video, further informationabout the club can be found… https://leylandsme.wixsite.com/website-1

Thanks to Carl H. (Cameraman) for your help filming.
