Hi my name is Indie & welcome to my first travel vlog. I visit Gornergrat in the Swiss Alps and go for a hike through the mountains, a littlie underprepared. Can an absolute amateur hiker make it to up the mountain to the next destination? I had never even been on a hike previous to this one, let alone with a 3,000m+ elevation.

My adventure begins at Zermatt, then to Gornergrat Swiss Alps, with a plan to hike up to Hohtälli ski lifts, which were not operational at the time. Follow me on the hike back down and a view of the reflections of the Matterhorn on the lakes, episode 2 coming soon.
