Fresh Baby Corn – 15-20 pieces

Water – 4 cup
पानी - 4 कप
Curd – 1/2 cup
दही - 1/2 कप
Gram Flour (Besan) – 1 tbsp
ग्राम आटा (बेसन) - 1 बड़ा चम्मच
Corn Flour – 1 tbsp
मकई का आटा - 1 बड़ा चम्मच
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 2 छोटे चम्मच
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp

धनिया पाउडर - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
जीरा पाउडर - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
गरम मसाला - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
Chat Masala – 1/4 tsp
चाट मसाला - 1/4 छोटा चम्मच
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट - 1 छोटा चम्मच
Kasuri Methi – 1/2 tsp
कसूरी मेथी - 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
नींबू का रस - 1 छोटा चम्मच
Salt to taste
