Creamy and Flavorful Zojirushi Coconut Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups jasmine rice (or long-grain rice)
400 ml/1 ¾ cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
¾ tsp salt
1 screwpine/pandan leaf (you can get this at an Asian Market)

Directions:
1. Rinse and drain rice.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Select Jasmine Rice on your rice cooker and press start. If you don’t have choices on your rice cooker, just press ON or Start.
