How to run without stomach upset

Runners' trots, runners diarrhoea, or whatever else you want to call it, it's SO unpleasant. I recently had an issue and thought it would be a great chance to recap on my mistakes so that you can run without gastro problems.

Gastrointestinal issues for runners can really ruin a run, and I don't want that to happen to anyone.
