आलू बुखारा की चटनी बनाने की विधि | Plum Fruit Chutney Recipe | Meethi Chutney Recipe without Imli

Ingredients -

250 grams Fresh Ripe Plum Fruit / Aloo Bukhara
As required Water
1 tbsp Melon Seeds
2 tsp Raisins
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
Pinch of Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
1/4 tsp Black Salt
As per taste Salt
4 tbsp or as per taste Jaggery / Sugar

Store up to 8-10 days under the refrigerator.

Serve it with Chaat/Pakora/Paratha/Chilla
