St. Louis Vashon & Chicago Whitney Young went at it this past weekend at the Annual Vashon Winter Classic. The game wasn't the best with the highlight reel but both squads went to war on the defensive end that ended with Vashon getting the 59-56 win over Whitney Young.

Vashon:
Phil Russell: 21 points and grabbed three rebounds
CamRon Fletcher: 11 points, 10 rebounds and a block.
Kobe Clark: 9 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and blocked two shots.
Nick Kern: 16 points and grabbed four rebounds

Whitney Young:
Dj Steward: 27 points
Tyler Beard: 16 points, five rebounds and two assists
