Getting wet in The Division 2 -

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is an open-world looter, placing players in a role of a special task force agent, deployed to stabilize the country following a virus biological attack in major US cities. The game is a prime example of a "game as service" model- allowing players to explore an expansive map or partner with other players in many in-game activities.

The Division 2 weather system allows for dynamic scene changes during the day and night cycle. The skybox updates gradually even before the rain / storm starts. The engine also supports different types of intensity for it's weather effects. The random and scarce nature of #rain in the Division 2 greatly increases the appreciation of development time spent on making things wet in-game.
