Let's admit it... There at least 90% chance that whenever you see volta de lado capoeira movement / floreio done nicely, it is probably done by a student of the Cordao de Ouro Capoeira group.

In my opinion it is a signature movement of the group and it is beautiful, it is cool and it is possible to do so much with it. I did this video to find out what the hell I am doing wrong with my weaker side as it just doesn't work well. I think I got it...
