The story goes that the Paloma was invented in an actual town called Tequila in Jalisco, Mexico at a restaurant called Capilla by a man named Don Javier Delgado Carona. If this cocktail is done right its pretty transformative! Here's the specs:
.5 oz/15 ml of Lime Juice
3 oz/90 ml of Grapefruit Juice
2 oz/60 ml of Silver Tequila
Serve this is a Highball glass with a grapefruit and a lime garnish! Cheers!
