學霸夫妻買上海40㎡老破小改作婚房：它是一個家最好的模樣 A Couple Renovate a 40-m2 Old Apartment into a Sweet Home for Marriage

35歲的建築師高杰和女友劉瀟，在上海內環找到了一個“房價窪地”，買下一套40㎡的小公寓。這對學霸夫婦借鑒了上海老洋房的建築材料、豪宅的設計思路，把室內設計得極為精緻、實用，與殘破的外部形成了一個強烈的反差。高傑說：“希望我們的婚房能提供一種住宅範本：當老破小變得時髦、宜居，年輕人會有更多選擇的自由，生活不應該被房子困住。”

Gao Jie, a 35-year-old architect, bought a 40-m2 apartment in the downtown of Shanghai at a relatively low price with his wife. They renovate the old small apartment into a sophisticated and pragmatic home with materials and design ideas usually for the old villas in Shanghai. "I wish we can offer an example of turning an old small apartment into a trendy and livable home. Young people should have more choices. We shouldn't be stucked in the problem of housing and sacrifice our life," said Gao.
