MY FIRST LESSON OBSERVATIONS (Primary School Teacher UK)

Описание к видео MY FIRST LESSON OBSERVATIONS (Primary School Teacher UK)

As a Primary School Teacher with six years of qualified teaching experience, I don’t often spend time thinking back to my first lesson observations. It is really useful to reflect in this way and remember how your early teaching placement experience helps to shape you as an educator. I share my observation details, targets and notes that have been kept in my QTS evidence folder since I graduated in 2013. I hope that by sharing this I will help to support, inspire and guide new teachers through their training and give hope to those who may be struggling with gathering evidence or lesson observations on placement. Teaching is very tricky, but I believe in each and every one of you! If you have any lesson observations coming up soon, be sure to give this video a watch. Good luck, teachers!
