Paneer & Veggies Quesadilla

Ingredients
Oil - 2 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Bell peppers - 1/4 cup each
Purple cabbage - 1/4 cup (shredded)
Paneer - 100 gm
Salt & pepper to taste
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Cheese - 1/4 cup (grated)
Tortilla Sheets - 2
Homemade Ketchup - 2 tsp
Szechwan Sauce - 2 tsp

Method
Heat oil & butter in a pan.
Once done, add onions & sauté for a min.
Add gg paste, chili flakes & sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Now add tomatoes, followed by bell peppers & purple cabbage. Sauté till they soften a little.
Now add the paneer cubes & season with salt, pepper, oregano & mix well.
Lastly add grated cheese and mix again.
Now in a bowl mix ketchup & schezwan sauce.
Take a tortilla sheet, apply the ketchup mix, spread the mixture on one side. Fold the tortilla sheet into half.
Now take a tawa & grill the quesadilla on both sides till golden brown, using some butter.
Serve immediately & enjoy.
