What's In My Pack - What I carried during my skate across the Alaska Highway

Do you lack common sense and are thinking of skateboarding from Fairbanks Alaska USA to Alberta Canada? Are you hoping to become a backpacking one man film crew? Are you out of bad ideas? Well you have come to the right place!
This is the gear I carried on my 2022 skate journey from Fairbanks AK to Alberta Canada, along the entire length of the Alaska Highway. The trip was self supported and self filmed.
This was my heaviest carry since 2010! I personally find this list a little embarrassing, but I follow many of the strategies from the Ultra light backpacking world to allow me to carry all my film equipment and all the extra safety gear needed to skate hills and deal with the wildlife above the 60th parallel.
