Smoked Pork Roast on a Pellet Smoker (PitBoss)

Most people go right to a pork butt or Boston butt when cooking pork on a smoker, but sometimes you want an excellent slicing pork roast. Here is a great way to do one that tastes phenomenal and never disappoints.
