2nd call: F473 MP

The tone heard at 0:41 is to mobilise the MP for the 2nd call, AFA's are usually handled by the HP, but if the HP is out, MP is next in line

Despite the siren being on full blast, with cars honking and flashing high beams for vehicles in front to give way, all the 1st cars at the light did was keep inching forward until the light turned green to give way to the HP.
