No.1 alarm AFA's typically do not require a rescue unit, only a HP, or HP & MP if its residential. The initial coding/announcement was for the HP and LRU to attend the AFA. The tone heard at 0:13 is to mobilise the MP for the same call.

Given the circumstances, the LRU crew seemed a bit confused as to whether or not they were required to attend, after communicating with HQ, they still did not seem clear, and ran back to the control room to confirm. At 2:16 you can hear an announcement saying that the LRU is indeed needed for this call.

The flickering headlights on the Dennis Sabre is due to a LED headlight retrofit which is not captured well by my camera, it was not flickering/flashing in person.
