Interview with ASHLEE BUTLER - Why would anyone want to hear my story???

We can all be reminded that our stories when reflecting God's grace and love are the the single most important component who we are.

IN THIS EPISODE Ashlee Butler will win you over with her contagious spirit and humble heart and you will see why we care so deeply about every story.  The temptation to dismiss our story because we feel like no one would want to hear it, is a very real temptation for anyone to believe.  Do you think this about your story?

Ashlee grew up watching her dad have a powerful impact on peoples' lives and believes God uses her husband to do the same on a global stage with music, however before agreeing to come on this episode, she wandered who would care about her story.  Well, we hope you will rally with us and show Ashlee a lot of love and support for being willing to share her story.  

"I wish I could be a fly on the wall in that person's life?"  
In many ways Ashlee is that fly on the wall in supporting her husband who is on the main stage touring with Grammy Award artist, Maren Morris and has previously been on tours, records and stages with many of the top Country and Christian Music stars.  It's easy for someone to think she's crazy for not believing in her story.  However, when the music fades and the lights go out, normal life kicks in for us all and we need to hear how God works in Ashlee's story so we can learn and grow in our personal stories.  

She took a leap of faith in her 20's, overcoming a huge fear of what other people would think if she opened up about what was really going on.  This begins her journey with God and how He lifted what felt like the weight of the world on her shoulders.  Year's later, now married and a mother a two, Ashley is a reflection of God's promise to us all, that in this world we will have trouble, but take heart, I have overcome this world.  

As you listen or watch this episode we hope you find encouragement for your journey.  Ashlee has lived through severe anxiety over social acceptance.  She's learned to trust in God while he hero of faith, her mom was diagnosed with cancer.  She has most recently been on a new journey in her marriage where Matt was no longer touring due to COVID-19.  Ashlee was forced far outside her comfort zone to full-time employment.  All of these life altering chapters in her story create deep seeded emotions, scars and struggles but nothing seems to keep her down for long thanks to her faith in Christ.  She has a beautiful heart and a powerful story.
