Hello! We cooked a red pepper and prosciutto ham pizza using the Ooni Pro wood-fired Pizza Oven (formerly Uuni Pro) with the Pizza Door on!!! This is a real-time pizza cook. My voice sounds nasally - I wasn't feeling well when I filmed this (very bad cold!).

9g dissolved table salt
