405 Clean and jerk + weightlifting tips to put up more weight INSTANTLY. (Squat deeper too)

hey guys in this video i make my way back to Olympic weightlifting and also teach someone how to get started who has never done it before. In the video we cover some ways to improve squat mobility for the clean and jerk and snatch while doing an Olympic weightlifting workout. It's important to really cover the technique of the movement before going to heavy and really working on your bar path and weightlifting form. Give Don some credit for trying this for the first time, not too bad if I don't say so myself either!
