In this video Shifu Yan Xin (34th generation Shaolin Disciple) shows us how to enhance our flexibility using deep stretching method from gong bu training (bow stance), this stretch is great for hip, glute and thigh muscle.

This is Session 1 of the Shaolin Kung Fu Whole Body Conditioning series, there will be more stretching session using pu bu (Crouch Stance), Lower-back and core, and upper body (Shoulder), and then we use Shaolin way to strengthen the whole Body.
