Hello and welcome to my channel. This vlog is a continuation from last weeks vlog hence the lack of context in the beginning. I struggled quite a bit with bad body image at points but I managed to surf and refuse the urges to relapse and I made it through the first month of All In recovery. It was tough but so worth it and I will be making more videos sharing my tips and tricks for getting through it in the future. You can do this, you can beat your eating disorder.
