I recently fitted a small iGaging EZview Plus DRO with a remote LCD display to the quill of my Bridgeport. Keen to avoid a lot of heartache and pain, I rapid prototyped the bracketry in laser cut acrylic so as to ensure that the parts fitted correctly and I had sufficient clearance on the moving parts. The second part of this series will show how I will remake the parts in metal.
