The National Road Relays are one of the most exciting events in the UK club running calendar. Olympians, 12-year olds and veterans alike all like up for their club and take on a 'leg' for their club, to battle it out for those club bragging rights and to see who can be crowned National Champions of the Road Relays. I go for my club, Aldershot, Farnham & District (or AFD). We've dominated this race for several years, let's see how we get on this year!
