🍴Seasoning for Chicken & Mushrooms
Oyster sauce 蚝油 - 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 生抽 - 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 麻油 - 1/2 tbsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 - 1 tbsp
Ginger juice姜汁 - ½ tbsp
White pepper 白胡椒粉 – ¼ tsp
Sugar 糖 - 1 tsp
Dark soy sauce 黑酱油 - 1 tsp

🍴Ingredients:
Soaked dried mushrooms 干香菇泡软 – 6 pcs
Boneless chicken thigh 鸡腿肉 – 1 pc
Glutinous rice soak overnight 糯米浸泡隔夜 – 260g
Cooking oil 油– 1 tbsp
Chinese sausage 腊肠– 1 pc
Minced garlic 蒜米 – 1 clove
Minced shallots 红葱碎 – 3 pcs
Soak mushroom water 泡香菇水– 200ml

🍴Seasoning for Glutinous Rice
Oyster sauce蚝油 - 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 黑酱油- 1 tsp
Soy sauce生抽 - 1 tbsp
Salt盐 – ½ tsp
Sugar 糖 – 1 ½ tsp
White pepper白胡椒粉 – ¼ tsp
Five spice powder 五香粉 – ½ tsp
Sesame oil 麻油- 1/2 tbsp
