1. Snake gourd - 400 grams
2. Moong dal - 2 tbsp
3. Turmeric powder - 2 pinches
4. Salt to taste
5. Oil - 2 tsp
6. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
7. Urad dal - 1 tsp
8. Few curry leaves
9. Slit green chilli - 4 Nos
10. Onion - 1/4 cup
11. Sliced garlic - 2 Nos
12. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
13. Grated coconut - 3 tbsp
14. Few coriander leaves
