1. Snakegourd - 250 grams (chopped)
2. Oil - 3 tsp
3. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
4. Channa dal - 2 tsp
5. Urad dal - 2 tsp
6. Few curry leaves
7. Onion - 2 tbsp (chopped)
8. Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
9. Salt to taste
10. Coconut slices- 2 tbsp
11. Dried red chilli - 1
12. Green chilli - 1
13.Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
14. Garlic - 2 Nos
