Usually the Color Replacement tool will do the job, but sometimes you need a different technique. Here is how to change the color of a jacket in Photoshop Elements using selections, layer masks, and a solid color layer. This is similar to how I colorize photos in Photoshop Elements if the colorize tool won't do the job. Sometimes, like in this Photoshop Elements tutorial, the old ways are the best.
