4 x Circuit:
30s Standing Sprint/30s Tempo
40s Standing Sprint/20s Tempo
20s Power Sprint/20s Off/20s Power Sprint
45s Tempo/45s Increasing Resistance Climb
30s Rest
2 Min Rolling Climb
*1 Minute Rest Between Circuits
1 x Tabata (20s ON/10s OFF)
