◆ Almond Cookies 杏仁酥材料◆
120ml Veg Oil 食用油
80g Icing Sugar 糖粉
¼ Tsp Salt 盐
180g Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉
1 Tsp Baking Powder 发粉
1 Tsp Baking Soda 食用苏打
120g Almond Powder 杏仁粉
Dash Of Almond Slices 杏仁片适量

*1 Yolk 蛋黄
*1 Tsp Oil 油
* 1 Tsp Water 水

★ Kuih bangkit 万吉饼/番婆饼 材料 ★
*450g Sago Flour 沙谷粉
*50g Corn Starch 粟米粉
** Take 400g After Baking 烤干后取400克
4 Pandan Leaves 班兰叶
2 Egg Yolks 蛋黄
¼ tsp Salt 盐
100g Icing Sugar 糖粉
120g ~140g Coconut Cream Extract 浓椰奶油
