This is the second episode in a new series following the construction of a small modern boutique apartment building in Kiambu Kenya. This building is a 3 story apartment building with 4 apartments in it: A small studio, a duplex 3 bedroom apartment, a single level 3 bedroom apartment, and finally a 4 bedroom penthouse apartment with a rooftop garden area. We’ll cover everything from buying land, finding the right people and the ups and downs of managing a construction project. Plus, we're building on a fairly tight budget. This is going to be awesome!
