Nuchinunde is a traditional south Indian recipe . I feel its a best recipe for dieting as it is completely oil free . It contains high protein . We can have it for breakfast / lunch or dinner . Ghee , curd and majigae sambar is a best combination for it . My mom always prepare nuchinunde along with majigae sambar i personally love this combination . I hope you will surely like this recipe .

Note: 1 . After preparing the mixture you need to make round or cylindrical balls asap because if it leave water it wont tastes good so i have a remedy for it ,mix it with dry coconut powder so that you can make round shape .

2. moong dal : it makes nuchinunde smooth ,if u dont want smooth u can add half cup instead of 1 cup.

Ingredients required :
Toor da : 1 Cup
Chickpeas : 1 Cup
Moong da : 1 cup
Green Chilly : 5 ~ 6
Ginger : 1 inch
Jeera : 1 Tsp
Dill leaves / Sabsigae soppu : 1 bunch
Salt : for taste
Turmeric : 1/4 Tsp
Onions : 3 ( Chopped small size )
Coriander leaves : optional
