Another great year for 2023! The two standout moments for me this year have been LazyDevs Academy's advanced shmup tutorial series and the accompanying Discord server ushering in so many great shmups onto Pico-8. Also, I've noticed more Pico-8 developers selling their games on Itch, Steam and Patreon, which is great as I love being able to support such talented people. Getting the games onto Steam also really helps bring more eyes onto Pico-8 which can only be a good thing for the community.
