Romanian style cheese sticks, "saleuri". Fast and easy (Romanian)

Ingredients:

-1 tsp dry yeast
-1 tsp salt (optional)
-1/4 cup sour cream or yogurt
-Grated yellow cheese for the top (such as parmesan, gruyere, etc)
-2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
-1 egg (+1 for the egg wash)
-2 sticks soft butter (1 cup)
-1.1 lbs white flour (4 cups)
-sesame seeds, poppy seeds, cumin seeds (optional)


Ingrediente:

-1 lingurita drojdie uscata
-1 lingurita sare (optional)
-50 grame smantana sau iaurt
-Cascaval ras pt. deasupra (ca parmesan, etc)
-100 grame branza feta sau telemea pisata cu furculita
-1 ou (+1 pt uns pe deasupra)
-200 grame unt moale
-500 grame faina
-seminte de susan, mac, chimen (optional)
