The same ingredients for the base will be used throughout the series, so you can follow along without having to make frequent trips to buy stuff you’d barely use.

If you don’t have a ninja creami, you can enjoy them as protein shakes.

Ingredients

Base:
1 ¾ cup milk (I used @fairlife 0% milk for the macros but any works)
1 tbsp honey (or 1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener if you want zero cal)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein (I used @schinoussasuperfoods for the clean ingredients)

Flavour (add to base):
2 tbsp coconut flakes

Mix base & flavour ingredients, then freeze for 24 hours or overnight. Then spin on lite ice cream function.

To store after eating, freeze it and then spin on lite-ice cream when you’re ready to enjoy!
