Chicken Malai Boti

Ingredients:
- 100g Chicken
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 15g Capsicum
- 15g Carrot
- 15g Onion
- 15g Cabbage
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- Salt (as per taste)

Method:
1. In a bowl, mix curd, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, and chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan on low flame, add the marinated chicken, and cook covered for 5 minutes.
3. Cook until the chicken is done.
4. In the same pan, add oil, veggies, and sauté.
5. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
6. The tasty Malai Boti is ready to be enjoyed.
