Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this clip is of Bangor Station taken on 19/09/1989. I know who ever remembers the song "Didn't we have a lovely time the day we went to Bangor" back in the 80's. Well yes quite frankly, Several Freightliners were seen and IC trains to London as well as the very early morning local services. So I hope watching this clip will make you think it was not too bad the visit to Bangor back in those old BR days. I hope the video takes you back to this period with fond memories.
